By creating an account or using RegiFlow ("the Service"), operated by eXpanby Ltd (Reg. No. 40203434700) ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
RegiFlow syncs company registry, financial, and compliance data from third-party public registry providers into your connected Pipedrive account. We are not the source of this registry data and do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness — data originates from the registry provider you choose to connect.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your organization's account. Organization owners are responsible for the seats, members, and billing of their organization.
New organizations receive a free trial period. After the trial ends, continued access requires an active paid subscription (via credit card or wire transfer, as offered). Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
The Service integrates with Pipedrive and one or more company registry data providers. Your use of those third-party services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, eXpanby is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia.
